With energy hikes and the cost of living increasing on a daily basis, we created an energy data platform to ensure that both landlords and tenants can understand their energy usage, save money and be more sustainable.
We believe that everyone should pay for the energy they use, and not a penny more. For tenants where utilities are included in rent, this means bringing transparency on consumption and billing so you only pay for what you use. Whereas for landlords and property owners; our energy data platform accurately bills for what's been used in each unit or building, to ensure everyone pays their fair share.
With this insight and data on our energy consumption we have the power to become more efficient, make more sustainable choices and save money.

Founding Team
The MyUnit founding team have experience in both the UK rental market and meter data software. Two of the founders have many years experience managing thousands of residential and commercial properties as both a letting agent and property manager. The other members of the founding team spent more than 10 years at one of the UK's most successful challenger energy brands, and have recently built an energy data platforms for the African market.
